The Alma Moodie Quartet have an unwavering commitment to excellence, bringing conviction and innovation to familiar string quartets and championing complex and rarely attempted works. We are also deeply committed to bringing awareness to the neglected story of Australian violinist Alma Moodie (1898-1943) through the music of the composers she worked with. 

We spend countless hours practicing individually and rehearsing as a group to deliver persuasive, highly charged performances. What we do demands more than time and energy; any donation, large or small, helps us pursue our vision more freely.
